My 2 sisters and I, are all vegetarians! I make the minestrone soup recipe whenever
I go to Pennsylvania to visit them! We have eaten (mostly) healthy our entire adult lives.
Two of us are in our 70’s and one sister is 65. None of us have any health issues.
Our mother was a dietician in the 60s and 70s so we were fortunate she limited us to healthy foods.
