I’m sorry to hear that! Did you add the butter and baking powder. Forgetting one of those can give you a more dense result.

They were dense and tasted kinda just like fried oatmeal. I wanted to love this recipe. May have to try again…usually love all your recipes!

Hi Nancy! See the recipe notes and note card. It makes 12 pancakes and use 1/3 cup for putting your pancakes on the griddle.
