Finally, I was able to make pumpkin seeds just the way my mom made them when we were kids!

Sure, you can roast them the next day. I hope you enjoy them!

I’ve already cleaned them and dried them… could I season them and then roast them the next day? My holiday schedule grew considerably busier that expected!

I also have to add that skipping the parchment paper is better for the environment :) Thank you!

I have several shallow wide metal bowls ( very inexpensive at Asian shops) that I use for coating veggies with oil. I find it both easier & quicker, wastes less oil, and easy to clean up. I just rinse the bowl with hot soapy water & set it on top of the stove to dry while the oven is baking.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear that. Does your oven tend to run hot? Do you have a convection or conventional oven?

Hi Lisa, see step 5 – Cooled, leftover pumpkin seeds will keep well in a bag at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
